WHAT IS STAR SPANGLED STREETS ?
The Keller Texas Rotary Club www.RotaryClubofKeller.org has launched the flag project to build a spirit of patriotism in the community and to provide a service to Keller citizens.

WHAT IS THE STAR SPANGLED STREETS PROGRAM?
A Star Spangled subscriber pays just $40 per year to have a quality 3x5 foot flag posted in front of their home or business during the designated times during the year.
The $40 fee covers all six special days, on which Rotarians will install the flag early in the morning and take it down before nightfall.
A special discount is available for multiple flags at a rate of $140 for four flags or $200 for six flags.
The flags are installed 18 inches from the street curb.
Imagine your neighborhood street lined with flags in a dramatic and uniform display of patriotism.
The subscriptions will run from the President’s Day - Veteran’s Day.
THE SPECIAL HOLIDAYS INCLUDE:
President’s Day (3rd Monday in February)
Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
Flag Day (June 14)
Independence Day (July 4)
Patriot’s Day (September 11)
Veteran’s Day (November 11)
WHERE THE RAISED MONEY GOES ...
The money raised from the flag project goes back to the community to fund other service
College scholarship programs
High school exchange students
A speech contest for high school seniors, including scholarship prizes
The Interact Club, a community service organization for high school students
Local Blood Drives
Various International Projects
Mt. Gilead Cemetery Restoration
Mexico Painting Project
